1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments through PayPal. You can use your PayPal account or pay via credit or debit card through PayPal's secure payment system.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements — we want to make shopping with us as convenient and affordable as possible!
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
- Order Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
- Shipping & Transit Time: After your order is processed, the estimated shipping time is 3 to 4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
5. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. However, if you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at bonitasfashion98@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. How do I return an item?
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at bonitasfashion98@gmail.com or call us at +1 (831) 254-6320 for return instructions. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is processed and approved, you will receive your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
8. What if I received a defective or incorrect item?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at bonitasfashion98@gmail.com or +1 (831) 254-6320. We will arrange for a return, cover the shipping costs, and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
9. Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards, but we are considering adding this feature in the future. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter for updates on new products and services!
10. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress and estimated delivery date.
11. Can I exchange an item?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
